Selangor Chief Minister, Amirudin Shari launched Selangor
State Development Corporation (PKNS)’s newest affordable development,
Selangorku Idaman Residensi officiated in Section 6, Selangor Cyber Valley
(SCV).
This is part of PKNS’s initiative to build affordable
housing units to provide opportunities to the M40 and B40 groups a chance to
own their own homes. Great news for the community!
PKNS Corporate Communication Manager, Ishak bin Hashim said
PKNS’ commitment to build more affordable homes such as the Selangorku Idaman
Residensi is in alignment to the Ministry of Housing and Local Government’s
goal to build one million affordable homes or Rumah Mampu Milik (RMM) over the
next 10 years.
“Selangorku Idaman Residensi spans across 14.41 acres
(58,328 square meters) of land. The development consists of 864 units where
each unit comes with three bedrooms and two bathrooms and includes two car
parks per unit,” he elaborated.
The show unit design is comfortable and suitable for family
with three bedroom and two bathrooms.

the smart city of SCV, which are accessible by main highways which are, NKVE
Expressway, LDP, SKVE, ELITE and MEX. Meanwhile, the distance from this
residency to Putrajaya is 17 kilometers (km) and to Kuala Lumpur Airport (KLIA)
is 29km.
Strategically located near Cyberjaya and Putrajaya, SCV is
PKNS’s 11th township which is masterplanned to attract investments as well as
nurture business opportunities.
"Selangorku Idaman Residensi is located next to a
variety of other facilities such as D'Pulze shopping center which is
seven kilometres away, Shaftsbury square which is eight kilometres away and
Centrus Mall which is seven kilometres away. We anticipate the many
conveniences nearby to contribute to making the development attractive to
potential buyers," added Ishak.

Property Housing Authority (LPHS).
He said registration can be made either at PKNS’s offices or
online. Applications will be screened by LPHS’s Affiliate Home Buyers List
Selection Committee. Successful applicants will be notified by PKNS with an
offer letter.
