HBO ASIA Brings An Exclusive WESTWORLD VIRTUAL REALITY EXPERIENCE To Malaysia From 18 To 29 APRIL 2018 At Sunway Pyramid!

Can You tell me What is Out There? In anticipation of the second season of WESTWORLD, which debuts same time as the U.S. on Monday, April 23 at 9am exclusively on HBO (Astro Ch 411 / HD 431), fans in Malaysia are invited take a trip into this thrilling Emmy®-winning drama series at an immersive WESTWORLD experience event from 18 to 29 April 2018 (10am to 10pm) at Sunway Pyramid Shopping Centre (Blue Concourse).

Presented by HBO Asia and in partnership with Astro, the event will be held at with numerous fun-filled activities for fans including an exciting Virtual Reality experience, brought directly from the U.S., that would leave visitors wondering what’s real and what’s not! Ops! This is really exciting experience that not to be missed!  

The entire Virtual Reality experience begins with an introduction by a white-suited host – just like any visitor would encounter as a guest starting their visit to WESTWORLD at the Delos office, the corporation behind WESTWORLD. Visitors would then be instructed to don the Virtual Reality goggles and headphones, entering an immersive and interactive experience! 

Once in the Virtual Reality realm, guests are invited to select either a black or white hat, try on suitable outfits and pick their weapon of choice (in reality, a joystick with a trigger), before embarking on different virtual activities within WESTWORLD such as practicing at a shooting range or getting involved in a shootout with Sheriff Pickett.

The WESTWORLD Virtual Reality experience* will take about 10 minutes per person and is open to all visitors from Monday to Thursday, and exclusively to pre-registered Astro subscribers from Friday to Sunday. For more information, visit www.astro.com.my/astrocircle.

K.O. may one day be the greatest hero but for now, he’s the greatest fanboy. Created by Ian Jones-Quartey, OK K.O.! Let’s Be Heroes! is the latest Cartoon Network original series to launch in Malaysia. 

Premiering this Saturday, 20 January at 11.00 am on Cartoon Network (Astro Ch 616), the show follows K.O., a brave kid living in a video game inspired world filled with superheroes. Being the young fighter that he is, K.O. tackles everything with his cheery, endless enthusiasm, including his job at Gar’s Bodega in Lakewood Plaza, a one-stop shop for all heroes. Stay Tune Kungfu Yoga | Action-Adventure Comedy On Celestial Movies (Astro Ch 322) This November 2017!

Kungfu Yoga is an action-adventure comedy tells the story of a world-renowned archaeology professor and his team is on a grand quest to locate a lost ancient Indian treasure when a team of mercenaries and left ambushes them for dead. 

Using his vast knowledge of history and kung fu, Jack leads his team on a race around the world to beat the mercenaries to the treasure and save an ancient culture. Upon release, this film broke numerous box office records and it will premiere exclusively on CELESTIAL MOVIES (ASTRO Channel 322) on Sunday 12 November at 9pm!

Kungfu Yoga is a Chinese-Indian action-adventure comedy that was directed and written by Stanley Tong, and co-produced by Jackie Chan. This is the second movie that Jackie Chan made in India. Kungfu Yoga is the top-earning Asian film in Malaysia! It made RM3.2 million in a single day collection and after four days of showing, the comedy movie collected RM12 millions in total at the local box office.
