Exciting KidZania Kuala Lumpur 7th Bubbly Anniversary Celebrations !


Kai! KidZania Kuala Lumpur is popping a bubbly celebration, marking its 7th year in existence as the ultimate edutainment centre in Malaysia. 



Mouse mommy and kids also joining the celebration together to celebrate KidZania Kuala Lumpur 7th Anniversary!


A month-long celebration, the award-winning indoor family edutainment centre celebrates its 7th anniversary with all the crowding of children and parents in an event filled with bubbly and joyful festivities.


One of the bubbly activities is bubble art corner, MR blows the colourful bubbles and transform the bubbles into a drawing paper and form a unique and colourful bubbles art!

Haha... of course, the kids would love to blow as much as bubbles as they can... till overflow.




Through the bubbly celebration, KidZania Kuala Lumpur aims to educate children with values that could be attained through creativity that includes self-expressing through bubbles, as well as the dedication and attentiveness to make beautiful and big bubbles!


The Mayor of KidZania Kuala Lumpur, Shahrul Nizar Ahmad joined in to launch the event by cutting a cake that had the number “7” placed on top of it, marking the anniversary celebration.



“It has been seven wonderful years since we have launched KidZania Kuala Lumpur, and since then, we have catered to happy adult and kid visitors.



“By introducing new activities from time-to-time to give our young visitors more edutainment experiences and exposures to real-life professions, we remain, till this year, a continued favourite spot for kids and parents for an educationally fun experience,” said Shahrul Nizar Ahmad, Mayor of KidZania Kuala Lumpur.


Apart from the “Bubbly” themed role-playing activities, special performances and games for the visitors, members of the B.KidZanian loyalty programme called “CitiZens” could stand a chance to win some premium goods from KidZania Kuala Lumpur’s industrial partners too.


Partners like Vitagen, F&N, Mission Foods and Emborg have all joined in the celebration to offer CitiZens premium goods when they have completed exciting challenges and take a turn at the "Wheel of Fortune".


Another partner showing its support is the freshly joined, Faber-Castell through a colouring contest for all the visitors of KidZania Kuala Lumpur.



KidZania Kuala Lumpur has been welcoming visitors since 2012, with the aim to combine education and entertainment, enabling children to experience “grown-up jobs”, reflecting “Learn Life Today” in kids visiting the City.

KL Gateway Mall Celebrates Chinese New Year Together With Yayasan Sunbeams Children And The Community!



KL Gateway Mall, the urbanite mall strategically fronting Federal Highway, hosted a pandalicious Chinese New Year celebration for 50 underprivileged children and caretakers from Yayasan Sunbeams Home.


The children, who were all decked out in their favourite Chinese New Year attires, were welcomed by the Senior Management of Suez Capital Sdn Bhd. 


The fun-filled afternoon included a Coin Pouch Handicraft Workshop, 5 Emperor’s Drum performance, Acrobatic Double Lion Dance performance, Rainbow Chinese Calligraphy Demo as well as God of Prosperity Walkabout.


The festive celebration brought even more joy and smiles to the children as they excitedly walked into the 60ft long Inflated Giant Panda Playground located at the Central Piazza. 


The Inflated Giant Panda Playground is the first-of-its-kind in Malaysia and provides hours of fun for children of all ages.


“As a community shopping mall, we are honoured to host this festive event as part of our Corporate Social Responsibility initiative. We hope that the children had an enjoyable and memorable day out at KL Gateway Mall,” said Datuk Ter, the Group Managing Director from Suez Capital Sdn Bhd.


To further heighten the festive mood of Lunar New Year, the Senior Management and staff of Suez Capital, children of Yayasan Sunbeams Home as well as members of media gathered for a 20ft yee sang tossing session, to welcome abundance and prosperity for the new year.


The afternoon concluded with a presentation of cheque contribution to Yayasan Sunbeams Home as well as ang pau and goodie bags distribution to the children.


In celebration of “The Joy of Spring” at KL Gateway Mall, a line-up of exciting kids’ art & craft workshops such as Chinese Fan Colouring and Fabric Ang Pao Packet Workshop are conducted from 20 January till 17 February 2019.


Shoppers who spend a minimum of RM88 will get the beautifully-crafted Ang Pao Packets, while those who spend a minimum of RM138 will get an exclusive CNY Lucky Glass Plate.


KL Gateway Mall is open from 10am to 10pm daily. All are welcome to participate the Chap Goh Meh Festival on 23 Feb 2019 (Saturday) from 5.00pm – 10.00pm.

The spread includes the must-have Salmon, Jelly Fish and Snow Pear Yee Sang to usher in the new year, festive desserts and snacks such as Deep Fried Chinese New Year Cake with Yam, Leng Chee Kang, Fortune Cookies and Roasted Beijing Duck at a live cooking station.

To cater to guests seeking a traditional Chinese eight or nine-course meal for a group, Impiana KLCC Hotel offers three Chinese New Year menus featuring the chef’s version of well-known Chinese favourites.


Diners yearning for a taste of traditional Chinese dishes will welcome the Braised Seafood Soup with Five Treasures, Steamed Sea Dragon Tiger Grouper with Superior Soya Sauce, Black Mushrooms with Dried Oysters, Winter Melon and Black Moss Sauce, Wok Fried Fresh Tiger Prawns with Aromatic Garlic, Ginger and Tomato Paste, Roasted Chicken with Szechuan Sauce, Pumpkin Puree with Black Sesame Glutinous Rice Balls and Deep Fried Crispy New Year Cake after indulging in a celebratory toss of Yee Sang at the start of the meal.


Available until 19 February 2019 through prior reservation only, the three menus are priced at RM1,488.00+, RM1,788.00+ and RM2,388.00+ per table of 10 persons respectively, with one (1) bottle of red or white wine per table. The dining venue (within the Hotel) and time slot is determined at the time of reservation, based on the diner’s requirements, and subject to availability of venue and time slot.
