Pos Malaysia Run 2026 Makes a Bigger Comeback | Targeting 10,000 Runners

The Pos Malaysia Run returns, keeping Malaysia in motion, together. Organised by Pos Malaysia, the national post and parcel service provider, the third edition of the communitydriven run will take place on 29 November 2026 at the iconic Dataran Merdeka, Kuala Lumpur.

Following a successful debut in 2024, the Pos Malaysia Run continues to evolve into a platform where movement carries purpose — inspired by the everyday journeys of Pos Wiras who are on the ground daily, on foot and on wheels, connecting communities across every postcode.

Building on strong momentum since its debut in 2024, and participation of more than 7,000 runners in 2025, the upcoming run is targeting 10,000 participants, reinforcing its growing reputation as one of Malaysia’s most inclusive and engaging lifestyle sporting events that champions healthy living, sustainability and shared connections.

Charles Brewer, Group Chief Executive Officer of Pos Malaysia said, “The Pos Malaysia Run reflects who we are at our core — connecting communities and keeping the nation moving. Guided by our purpose of being passionate about building trust to connect lives and businesses for a better tomorrow, this run brings that everyday responsibility beyond our operations and into the communities we serve.

“That same commitment guides how we operate every day — with a strong focus on efficiency and sustainability, from route optimisation to building Malaysia’s largest electrified delivery fleet as we work towards greener first‑ and last‑mile deliveries by 2030. Just as importantly, these efforts translate into reliable service on the ground, as seen in our parcel delivery performance at 92% last year, reinforcing the trust Malaysians place in Pos Malaysia to deliver, even in challenging environments.

“Starting from Dataran Merdeka, a place rich with national significance and home to Kuala Lumpur’s iconic 0km marker, makes this journey especially meaningful, reminding us that every connection and every journey begins with trust,” he remarked.

Held under the vibrant tagline “Jom Laju For Fun!”, the third edition of the Pos Malaysia Run 2026 invites participants of all ages to come together for a memorable running experience with family and friends. The event will be brought to life through exciting games and interactive activities along the running routes, reinforcing its position as a signature community sporting event in Malaysia’s annual calendar. Participants can look forward to running along some of the city’s most recognisable landmarks — transforming the run into a shared urban celebration of movement, connection and togetherness.

In line with Malaysia’s growing running culture, the Pos Malaysia Run 2026 will debut its first-ever 21km Open category (18–39 years), alongside a 10km Open category (16–39 years), as well as Veteran category (40 years and above). The 5.5km Fun Run is open to individuals or groups of four (five years & above). Winners across the competitive categories stand a chance to take home a total of RM20,800 in cash prizes.

Entry fees are structured across three registration phases — Super Early Bird, Early Bird and Normal — with rates starting from RM118 for the 21km, RM88 for the 10km, and RM68 for the 5.5km Fun Run, encouraging early registration while ensuring accessibility for the wider community.

Registration is now open at Race Roster (https://raceroster.com/events/2026/119344/pos-malaysia-run-2026), with Super Early Bird special rates available until 31 May 2026. Guardian Malaysia | A Gift of Wellness This Hari Raya

This Hari Raya Aidil Fitri, guardian Malaysia invites Malaysians to look beyond tradition and embrace a deeper, more lasting expression of care – the gift of wellness!

While duit Raya and festive treats remain cherished customs, guardian encourages families to consider gifts that continue to protect, nurture and strengthen their loved ones long after the celebrations have ended.

A Meaningful Evolution of Raya Giving

Speaking at the launch of guardian’s Raya campaign, “Seikhlas Pemberian, Seindah Lebaran”, Priscilla Wu, Managing Director, Malaysia & Brunei, guardian Health and Beauty, shared that Raya is ultimately about sincerity, gratitude and love.

“This festive season, we are gently reframing the tradition of giving. Beyond duit Raya and festive dishes, we encourage Malaysians to give something that safeguards health and supports wellbeing – because the truest expression of love is ensuring our families remain protected and cared for,” she said.

“For over 58 years, guardian has stood beside Malaysians as a trusted wellness advisor. Every thoughtfully chosen health or beauty gift becomes more than a product – it becomes a blessing that endures beyond the festivities.”

A Story of Care Across Generations

The campaign message comes to life through guardian’s new Raya film, “Seikhlas Pemberian, Seindah Lebaran.”

The film follows Rina and her grandmother, portraying how simple, thoughtful gifts of wellness over the years quietly strengthened their bond and supported their health. It closes with a heartfelt reminder – that the most meaningful Raya gifts are good health, love and sincere prayer.

The new guardian Raya film is now available on YouTube and all guardian social media platforms.

Extending Care to the Community

In the spirit of Ramadan – a month of reflection, empathy and generosity – guardian also hosted 80 girls from various homes at the campaign launch event, which was held at the guardian Raya atrium event at the Orange Atrium, Sunway Pyramid shopping centre.

The guardian Raya Atrium event will run from 2 – 8 March and will feature spectacular promotions and experiential zones from many brands.

The girls took part in wellness sessions led by guardian pharmacists and selected brand partners, as part of guardian’s ongoing commitment to empowering young Malaysians with practical wellness knowledge and personal care education. The girls were also taken on a Hari Raya shopping spree at the Atrium event and the Sunway Pyramid guardian store where they selected their desired health and beauty products, guided by guardian team members and members of the media. They were then treated to a special Buka Puasa buffet.

Throughout the month of Ramadan, guardian will continue its charity wellness contributions, impacting close to 2,000 beneficiaries from various homes through outreach and wellness initiatives in several communities by pledging over RM55,000.

Celebrating Raya with MYguardian Rewards

To make this festive season even more meaningful, MYguardian Rewards members can participate in the Gold Rewards Contest, with over RM80,000 worth of prizes to be won.

From 25 February to 31 March 2026, members who spend a minimum of RM50 in a single receipt including participating brands will be automatically entered to win:

  • Four Second Prizes: 999 gold Hand Bracelet by Habib Jewels
  • Weekly Rewards: 200 winners each week will receive RM50 Habib Jewels vouchers (1,000 vouchers in total)

This Raya, Fiziwoo is partnering with guardian once again to design exclusive Raya packets. As part of guardian's ongoing #LoveForLocal initiative which celebrates exceptional homegrown brands, these designs pay tribute to Malaysian heritage with a bold, contemporary batik motif. Members who spend RM68 and above will receive an exclusive Fiziwoo green packet pack containing a RM5 guardian voucher.

Wellness for Every Generation

To help families prepare for Raya, guardian is also offering up to 50% discounts on over 7,500 products across all stores nationwide and online – making it easier for Malaysians to choose gifts that prioritise health, beauty and everyday wellbeing.

“There is no greater gift than knowing the people we love are cared for and protected,” Priscilla added.

“This Raya, let us give something that strengthens them for the journey ahead - a gift of wellness that reflects love, sincerity and prayer.”

'Kongsi Rezeki' Food Basket Initiative: Giving Back to the Community

In a significant CSR initiative, 168 Park Mall has partnered with Maaedicare, Village Grocer, and The LOT Associates for the "Kongsi Rezeki" food basket drive.

This initiative invites shoppers to purchase essential items—specifically rice, cooking oil, and flour—at Village Grocer 168 Park Mall and drop them into dedicated collection bins on Level LG.

The launch event featured a symbolic "Mock Buying" ceremony where Mr. Edward Lum, CEO of 168 Park Mall, alongside partners, performed the first purchase of bulk staple items to signal the start of the drive.

These contributions will be channelled to underprivileged communities, with Maaedicare assisting in distribution to their patients and selected families across the Klang Valley.

"Raya is a time for reconciliation and sharing. With 'Kongsi Rezeki,' we wanted to create a platform that makes giving back effortless," said Mr. Edward Lum

"Partnering with Village Grocer allows us to reach a wider audience, and with Maaedicare’s expertise, we ensure the aid reaches the specific shelters and orphanages that need it most."

Culinary Showcase at Bowlcrafted

Following the official launch, guests moved to Bowlcrafted for a unique Buka Puasa experience.

The evening was highlighted by a Live Plating Demo by the renowned Chef Riz, who prepared signature dishes in the open kitchen, blending traditional flavors with modern culinary artistry before the Maghrib call to prayer.
