At an enticing RM1188+ per table, the Dragon's Dance Feast introduces a delightful culinary experience that is both affordable and impressive.

The stars of this set are the succulent Roast Chicken, skilfully paired with the homemade Mandarin Orange Sauce and the peeled wok-fried prawns in XO sauce and Edamame. These two stars together, with the rest of the dishes makes it the perfect ensemble for a splendid celebration.

Taking it to the next level is the Dragon’s Soaring Feast at RM1388+ per table. For only, an additional RM200+, guests can indulge in an exquisite array of dishes, including the refreshing Salmon Yee Sang, the flavourful Hong Kong-style Steamed Grouper Fillet, succulent Slipper Lobster, and a specially crafted Golden Harvest Egg Noodles with Crab Meat. For those seeking a more lavish dining experience, the Dragon and Phoenix Feast at RM1688+ per table is the epitome of indulgence, as it features premium ingredients.

The experience unfolds with the luxurious incorporation of black truffle in the soup, offering a symphony of flavours that transcend traditional expectations. The Golden Treasure Bag takes center stage, presenting minced seafood encased in perfectly fried chicken skin, resembling pockets of gold morsels. The culinary journey continues with the fresh cod fish fillet and succulent lobster tail, creating a treasure trove of flavours fit for a grand celebration.

At the end of every meal comes the dessert, and the sweet treats from this year’s menus are a celebration of tradition. Whether it's the indulgent Lotus Pancake in the Dragon's Dancing Feast, the refreshing Chilled Aloe Vera and Peach Gum with Lemongrass Jelly in the Dragon’s Soaring Feast, or the delightful Pandan Mochi in the Dragon and Phoenix Feast, these diverse sweet treats add the perfect note of festivity, ensuring a memorable and satisfying conclusion.

The mastermind behind this year’s feast is none other than the hotel’s Sous Chef, Chef Sin Kiren and his team.

With over a decade of experience in the culinary scene, Chef Sin’s talent lies in harmoniously blending traditional flavours with modern techniques, creating an authentic yet innovative dining experience. Reflecting on the set menus, Chef Sin says that ‘in shaping this year's menus, my focus is on capturing authenticity.

By prioritising the use of the freshest ingredients and adhering to traditional cooking methods, we aim to craft a dining experience that resonates with the rich traditions of Chinese cuisine, ensuring each dish is an embodiment of genuine flavours.
