Shopee X Ministry of Health Unveil Pek Kasih Mama Initiative With Shopee Mum's Club Support

 

 

Shopee Malaysia, in collaboration with the Ministry of Health (MOH), launched the Pek Kasih Mama CSR campaign today. This heartfelt initiative is dedicated to uplifting local communities through technology and providing essential support to mothers across Malaysia. The launch event, held at Dewan MPKS Puncak Alam, was graced by Minister of Health, YB Datuk Seri Dr. Dzulkefly Bin Ahmad who personally distributed 300 of the care packages to mothers and expectant mothers. A total of 1,000 care packages have been pledged for this initiative.



Each Pek Kasih Mama package is thoughtfully curated to include essential baby and maternal care items, such as MOH-certified diapers, baby wipes, bath products, towels, breastfeeding necessities, and skincare products suitable for pregnant and breastfeeding women. The remaining 700 care packages will also be distributed at various government events nationwide, including Program Madani Afiat.


The Pek Kasih Mama campaign signifies Shopee’s commitment to providing long-term support to mothers. Through this strategic partnership with the Ministry of Health, Shopee is helping increase access to affordable childcare and maternity essentials.
