Mouse mommy was shopping with family at The Starling Mall. There is a
new restaurant called Nicsmann 1940s By Lewre was catching my eyes. The environment
looks cozy and different from the usual restaurant. Mouse mommy was got
attracted and walks in the restaurant to dine in with family.
There are many choices available in the menu including western and eastern dishes. Mouse mommy was
asked for recommendation. The waiter was polite and helpful in suggestion and
asked us what we like. MR direct reply that he wants mushroom soup! Yup,
mushroom soup always is my boys’ favorite. The waiter was happily suggest us to
order their Homemade Wild Mushroom Soup with Truffle Oil which is made by blending of mix five different types of mushrooms
and this mushroom soup is one of the best mushroom soups we have ever
had. Every sip of the soup is full and rich of mushroom aromatic taste. The
mushroom soup also comes with garlic bread together. Mouse mommy and MR love
the yummy mushroom soup!
The
waiter was so considerate and served us two sets of children plastic dinning
ware and brings us a baby chair. Mouse mommy would like to give thumbs up for
the child-friendly restaurant. Other than that, MR and baby MH also got a
balloon from the friendly waiter. Thank you!
After that, we had an appetizer of Homemade Classic Caesar Salad
With Smoked Duck Breast that served with Romaine lettuce, crouton and
parmesan cheese. Mouse mommy was love the mixture taste of sweet and sour of
the salad dressing. The dressing was just nice to balances off the smoked duck breast
that sits on the saltier side. The texture of the flavourful smoked duck was
nice to eat, even baby MH loves it too!
One
of our main dishes was Grilled Rack of Lamb with Sauteed Fresh Vegetables
and Black Pepper Sauce was served with fluffy mashed potato and fresh broccoli
vegetables. The lamb was cooked in medium well done 70°C, tender and delicious! Mouse papa
nearly finished the whole plate of grilled lamb. The grilled lamb dipped with
the special in-house black pepper sauce just perfectly match!
Salmon
was good in DHA. Mouse mommy also orders Salmon With Garden Vegetable and Potato
Mash for MR and MH. The generous portion of thick salmon was juicy and
delicious to eat.
Mouse
mommy loves cheese so much! I had ordered Chicken Cordon Bleu and Fresh Durum Pasta with Parmigiano Reggiano. Classic Parmigiano Reggiano Cheese Wheel was produced since at least the 13th century in Italy, an authentic Parmigiano Reggiano cheese is at least 28 months aged. Parmigiano Reggiano cheese is a completely natural Gourmet Italian Cheese, which is famous worldwide as the “King of Cheeses” owing to its unique production, nutritional and organoleptic features.
A must eat Fresh Durum Pasta with Parmigiano Reggiano. True Parmigiano Reggiano cheese with a distinct salty flavor and hard texture. Love it! Mouse mommy loves it so much!
Chicken
Cordon Bleu was served with the sinful deep-fried chicken fillet roll that
stuffed with melted cheese and ham with colourful warm vegetables. Yummy! Simple
eat with it taste nice. Added with the special sauce that served even nicer.
Dessert time! We had ordered Signature Dessert Platter and it
comes with Bread & Butter Pudding, Classic Crème Brulee, Chocolate Lava and
Chocolate Brownie. We can taste all the desserts in one go and the portion was
generous and rich in chocolate taste. The chocolate couverture was thick and
creamy with the fluffy and moist brownie underneath. Unable to denied that each
bite was rich in chocolate taste.
The sparkling firecracker that comes together
with the desserts was giving us a surprise! Thanks for the friendly waitress
took us happy family photo moments.
Ops!
Forgot about our drinks. We had ordered Mocktail of Cranberry Crush and Chocolate Drink. The cranberry crush was chilled and nice to drink.
Overall, Nicsmann 1940s By Lewre was a very casual chilling restaurant
that suitable for family celebration and gathering. A place that suitable for
birthday and events celebration as in love the delicious food with relaxing
music and friendly welcoming waiters.
Mouse mommy was truly enjoying our family
dining session and will be visit again for mouse papa birthday celebration!
