The Parenthood has made
every parents dream come to life! As a new and upcoming wellness centre
where parents and kids can workout and enjoy together! Being
able to work out in our very own adult gym, WiO – Power Plate Hub while my kids
are having fun in Zac & Zibbo – Kids Gym ensures that our entire family
gets the chance to maintain a healthy lifestyle under one roof.
TheParenthood Wellness caters for ages 18 months to 12 years old with gymnastics
and circuit training as the core of the programme. Their goal is to motivate kids
of all fitness levels to be active while having fun, providing a safe and
healthy environment.
As for the adult fitness, the objective is the optimum usage of the
Power Plate machines which uses the principle of Acceleration Training that
allows stimulation of the body’s natural response to vibration. The benefits of
the vibration ranges from providing accelerated muscle strength, toning effect,
increase in endurance and flexibility and the enhancement of overall
performance in sessions as short as 45 minutes. Mouse mommy had try it out and feel the WiO - Power Plate Hub vibration power.
The Parenthood Gym (Level 1) located strategically in Sunway Pyramid where included the Playland, Pre-school, Retails outlets for shopping, Salon and Cafe.
The Parenthood Playland really caught the kids' heart ! MR was really enjoy play, hop, climb, run, slide, shout and having fun in the playland among the kids.
Pre-school was having learning schedule for the kids to learn up. The environment was welcoming, warm and dynamic concept to tackle the children.
Many brands that we can shop from the retail outlets including breast pads, bottle wash, baby wipes, toys and so on. All the mummies and babies items can be found here!
Busy to cut your hair, mummy? No worry, GEM Studio is here to help mummies. Kids can play in playland or having gym class at Zac & Zibbo while mummies can have some ME Time at GEM Studio. GEM Studio do offers a range of hair and nails services.
After use up so much of energy, of course need to replenish it with Food and Beverages ! Lillipilli cafe and catering just right beside the Playland with asian delights food and beverages with reasonable price. Mouse mommy and family had try out the Chicken Redang Nasi Lemak and Spaghetti Bolognese with fresh orange juice that serve in adequate portion and fresh ingredients. They are handling catering services too.
