In the month of August 2019,
let’s celebrate this Malaysia Merdeka month with a local feast buffet dinner at
Four Points by Sheraton, Puchong!
Mouse mommy and family have a
weekend buffet dinner feast together.
Delicious foodies and variety of choices from
Malay cooking style, International, Chinese, Indian, Sarawak, Nyonya, Mamak
local savoury dishes.
Truly Malaysian foodies! So tempting!
Once we walk in to The
Eatery, Four Points by Sheraton, the hotel’s restaurant is nicely decorated
with Malaysia flag, state flag for its patriotic merdeka theme. Love the
Merdeka concept and ideas!
First food that caught mouse
mommy’s eyes is Banana Fritters With Sweetened Milk And Shaved Cheddar Cheese.
That is one of my favourite too! Hmm… this banana snack is it created by
Malaysian?
There are wide spread of
Malaysian and western food can be satisfied our taste here.
A local feast which
include nasi kandar, nasi kerabu, nasi dagang, roast beef, chicken satay, beef
satay, rojak pasembur mamak, nyonya fried rice, fried wonton noodles with BBQ
chicken, compose salad – umai, kerabu manga udang, tandoori chicken breast with
apple raita and many more.
Mouse mommy first time taste
the Umai Sarawak, is a fish type of salad with salty taste.
The beef and chicken satay is
nicely BBQ and juicy in each bites! Ideally match with cucumber, onion and nasi
impit.
Not forget the western
grilled station, grilled beef sirloin with mushroom and mustard, Chicken
Casserole with Capsicum, Gherkin and Capers, roasted potato wedges, Irish lamb
stew, baked seafood lasagna.
Mouse mommy loves the grilled
lamb by the in-house Chef, nicely marinated, juicy and freshly grilled lamb
that satisfied my taste buds!
Salted Egg Fried Sotong is
chewy and yummy too! Steamed Dim Sum is also available with dim sum dishes and
variety of pau.
Dessert is a must for each
meal! Dessert time with banana fritters, ice cream counter with condiments,
cendol Melaka, sea coconut longan, mango pudding, assorted pastries, tartlets
and ABC ice.
The amazing array of dishes above will be served in rotation to
ensure every visit to The Eatery is different each day.
Teppanyaki ice cream is a
must eat item! Teppanyaki Ice Cream that is real-time made by the kitchen chef,
we can add in the crumbles or oreo or any condiments of our choice! Can add in
our favourite toppings too!
There are many toppings available such as chocolate
chips, dry persimmon, marshmallow, oreo, gummy and so on.

Fresh Seafood section also
served for fresh seafood lovers! Tiger Prawn, Squid, Flower Crab, Salmon Fish
Head, Bamboo Clams, Mussel Chili Cut, Freshly Shucked Oyster, Half Shelf
Scallops and many more. Wasabi mayo, lemon and others condiments are available
to choose from.
