Running from 28 February to 6 April 2025, the campaign transforms the Centre Court into a vibrant retro bus terminal, celebrating the nostalgic charm of Raya in the city.

A key highlight of the setup is the iconic pink minibus, a familiar sight in the Klang Valley and a beloved part of Malaysia’s transportation history.

Complementing the nostalgic theme is a traditional Rumah Biru-inspired kampung house, reminiscent of the classic wooden homes of Kampung Baru, as well as old-school bus stops, ticket counters, and a 90s Raya setup that beautifully captures the charm of past celebrations.

En. Jazmi Kamarudin, Chief Operations Officer of Boustead Properties Berhad, shared, “This Raya, we are thrilled to celebrate the beauty of heritage while also supporting local businesses and uplifting the community. Through the ‘Beraya di Kota Raya’ campaign, we want to bring back the nostalgia of celebrating Raya in the city, where cherished traditions, vibrant bazaars, and communal festivities create a truly special experience for all generations.”

In keeping with its commitment to championing local entrepreneurs, the Curve welcomes over 100 Raya booths, including more than 10 celebrity booths, offering a diverse selection of Raya outfits, accessories, festive cookies and Juadah Berbuka Puasa throughout the mall.

Visitors can immerse themselves in the Raya spirit with lively cultural performances such as Dikir Barat, Zapin, and Raya Musical Dance, while families can enjoy Kids’ Raya Workshops, where young ones can take part in Ketupat Weaving and Raya Card Making during weekends.

Shoppers will also be rewarded through the Curve’s Gift with Purchase (GWP) programme. With a minimum spend of RM200, shoppers will receive limited-edition Raya packets and stickers. Those spending RM450 and above will receive a special Raya tote bag, designed by renowned doodle artistAnn Jaafar, along with Raya packets and stickers.

For those who love a challenge, the Curve’s ‘Cari dan Menang social media contest offers shoppers a chance to win shopping vouchers, and exclusive the Curve merchandise.

In the spirit of giving, the Curve marked the launch of its Raya campaign with a heartfelt Berbuka Puasa gathering for children from Rumah Anak Yatim Damai Kuang, where Flint also hosted them for a special iftar experience as part of the Curve Lurve CSR initiative.

To make the occasion more meaningful, the Curve and its vendors contributed essential items, Raya outfits, duit raya, hampers, and festive cookies, ensuring the children enjoyed a truly memorable celebration.

Further fostering the spirit of giving, the Curve collaborated with Suria FM to organise a Bubur Lambukdistribution, featuring the renowned Masjid Kampung Baru Bubur Lambuk team. The traditional dish was prepared and shared with visitors, with the participation of En. Khairul Azizi Bin Ismail, Chief Executive Officer of Boustead Properties Berhad, En. Jazmi Kamarudin, Chief Operations Officer of Boustead Properties Berhad, and Suria FM’s radio personalities DJ Lin, Iman, and Chiwan and staff members.

To encourage community participation, a Donation Booth ‘Kongsi Rezeki’ is available  at the Centre Court from 28 February to 6 April, where shoppers can contribute essential items to Rumah Anak Yatim Damai Kuang. Donations will be delivered in two batches, on 17 March and 7 April. Additionally, every Friday before iftar, the Curve’s management team will distribute 50 special Ramadan gift packs to shoppers as a token of appreciation.

Embracing the festive spirit of togetherness, the Curve is sponsoring tickets for the #theCurveBelanjaBalikKampung initiative in collaboration with Suria FM. This exciting social media and on-air contest invites participants to submit their most creative Pantun Raya for a chance to win VIP bus tickets home for Raya to the southern, eastern and northern region.

This year, the mall continues to expand its offerings with new tenants, including F&B favourites like Serai, Kenangan Coffee, Toast Maker, Koppiku, Summer Bliss, and Richeese, alongside fashion and accessory brands such as Original Classic, Osmanli Oud, Hyrem, and Case. Families can also look forward to Moonbug Cocomelon, a new edutainment experience for young children.

To accommodate the festive crowd, the Curve will extend its operating hours until 12 AM during the last week of Ramadan, giving visitors more time to shop, dine, and prepare for the festivities.

From nostalgic decorations, vibrant cultural performances, meaningful CSR initiatives, and a bustling Raya marketplace, the Curve’s ‘Beraya di Kota Raya’ offers a truly special festive experience. Visitors can immerse themselves in the charm of past Raya celebrations, rekindle cherished memories, and create new moments of joy with their loved ones.
