September is here again and guardian’s wellbeing, month-long campaign is back, BIGGER and BETTER, from the 2^nd to the 30^th of September 2025.

The series focuses on four key pillars: gut health, immunity, joints & collagen, and heart health. The experts featured in this series of videos include cardiologist Dr Choi Chun Ngok, gastroenterologist Dr Chen Harn Chin, orthopaedics’ surgeon Dr Teo Seow Hui and immunologist Dr Kent Woo.

For those wanting the human touch, walk into any guardian pharmacy nationwide and YOU can speak to our friendly pharmacists who will be happy to address your wellbeing concerns from weight management and minor ailment consultations to medication reviews.
