KAO Malaysia “Welcome to My Modern Parenthood” For Parents!



KAO Malaysia officially announced the launch of this year’s anticipated “Welcome to My Modern Parenthood” campaign at 1 Utama Shopping Centre. 


Initiated in 2016, the first parenting campaign in Malaysia is back to emphasize the importance of family quality time by providing busy parents fun, yet quick and easy solutions to making their daily routine more manageable.


KAO Malaysia doubled its efforts this year by targeting millennial parents aged 25 to 35 years old. “As solution providers, KAO Malaysia is always dedicated in enriching the lives of people. Using our previous campaigns as a reference, we’ve set a new milestone by taking a more digital and innovative approach which suits the current, fast-paced lifestyle of millennial parents” said Fujiwara Masaki, President of KAO Malaysia.

“Technology plays a huge role in their everyday lives and millennials are constantly connected and on-the-go. We’ve decided to take on the challenge by reworking some of our previous initiatives to be made easily accessible at any time within their reach” he added.


Revolving around this year’s theme, “Value Your Time, Value Your Happiness”, KAO Malaysia has revamped the campaign microsite, including a free to download digital version of it’s renowned parenting guidebook, “The Secret to My Modern Parenthood”. Co-created with KAO Japan Lifestyle Research Centre and Positive Parenting, the Official Parenting Educational Arm of the Malaysian Paediatric Association, the guidebook provides easy to follow suggestions and tricks for manageable baby care and hassle-free housework solutions. 39,000 guidebooks have been distributed to NGOs, hospitals to various childcare partners.


The initiative led to the induction of the guidebook into The Malaysia Book of Records for “Most Number of Parenting Guidebook Distribution”, as well as its accolade, “Japan Home Care Expert”. “We are more than proud to receive such a prestigious recognition and we hope to double last year’s numbers especially with the guidebook now accessible online,” said Tan Poh Ling, Marketing Vice President of KAO Malaysia.


Further into KAO Malaysia’s effort in providing timesaving and hassle-free solutions, selected chapters of the guidebook were also converted into five chapters of video content. Topics highlighted by the videos include the importance of open communication and bonding time, the various roles a father can play in creating a happy parenthood, tips & tricks for diaper changing and getting a baby ready for bed, the teamwork of doing laundry together and efficient solutions to housework and baby care.

“The launch of this year’s efforts was derived from understanding the wants and needs of millennial parents. This is our fourth year conducting the campaign and our insights have inspired us to better improve our initiatives. We hope both our products and the “Welcome to My Modern Parenthood” campaign instilled the brand’s essence in providing timesaving solutions to making parenting and family chores a breeze,” said Tan Poh Ling.

AEON Fantasy Malaysia Celebrates Exciting Lala's Birthday Together With Charitable Efforts!


Happy Birthday Lala! The AEON Fantasy Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. has organized a birthday celebration for its fun and cheerful character mascot named Lala, whom are very close to its Molly Fantasy fans nationwide on 21 March annually basis.


In celebrating the Lala birthday this year, AEON Fantasy has invited 60 underprivileged school children from SK Bukit Tinggi, SJKT Ladang Highlands and SJKC Perempuan, to mesmerize the celebration day with the mascot.


The schools have also received books donation from Molly Fantasy worth RM 6,000 each where the books donation was funded from the ‘Lala and Friends Fund’ (RM 3,000) and Penerbitan Pelangi Sdn. Bhd. (RM 3,000) handed over by the Managing Director of AEON Fantasy Malaysia Sdn. Bhd., Miss Jeslyn Chan witnessed by Yang Berbahagia Datin Seri Jamaliah binti Othman, Yang Di Pertua of PUSPANITA Kebangsaan (spouse to Chief Secretary of Malaysia).


“Every year during the Lala Birthday, we encourage our beloved fans of Wai Wai Park to participate in our charitable efforts where 100% of sales from the entrée fees on 21st March at Wai Wai Park will be channelled to the Lala and Friends Fund and the donation will be donated to the children, who are in need”, said Jeslyn during the event.

Thanks AEON Fantasy Wai Wai Park’s generosity and contribute CSR to the community!


She also added, “For today, we are grateful to share the Lala and Friends Fund to three schools to encourage the school children to read books”. Book reading habits are highly encouraged among the kids since young. Mouse mommy was glad that Lala and Friends funding and encourage reading culture among the young kids!


In conjunction with the Lala’s Birthday celebration, AEON MALL Bukit Tinggi, Centre Court also have many exciting AEON Fantasy activities such as Lala and Friends dance, face painting, colouring contest and also participating booth from partners; AEON Malaysia Cheers Club, AEON Mommy’s Card and Yakult.

EAT THAI | VISIT THAILAND IN 2019



Sawadikap. The Tourism Authority of Thailand, Malaysia (TAT) unveils its “EAT THAI, VISIT THAILAND 2019” campaign, to mark a collaboration between tourism and restaurants in Malaysia. 

This is in line with the Amazing Thailand’s “Open to the New Shades” campaign, focusing on five main travel sectors to help international visitors experience the Kingdom from a new perspective. The concept includes: Gastronomy, Arts and Crafts, Thai Culture, Nature, and Thai Way of Life.


This EAT THAI, VISIT THAILAND 2019 campaign, which begins on March 20 – April 30, is a collaboration between TAT and all the eight outlets of Mr Tuk Tuk in Malaysia. Mr. Tuk Tuk will be introducing some new dishes and drinks for the occasion. 

Thai street food is very popular among Malaysians, and Mr. Tuk Tuk offers consumers quality and delicious Thai dishes that are Halal certified.  They proved to be delicious and authentically tasty, and there are many such Halal restaurants in Thailand.    



Diner can try out the new dishes at Mr. Tuk Tuk, especially for Thai food lovers. 



Thai seafood otak-otak and fried tofu with basil leaves also another dishes that worth to eat.


During this campaign, diners who spend more than RM50 per receipt at any of the eight Mr Tuk Tuk outlets will stand a chance to win one of the 20 prizes which include a FREE trip to Bangkok for two persons plus a 3 days 2 nights hotel stay,  five luggage, ten handbags and four Mr. Tuk Tuk dining vouchers.
