The Gift of Life | Enchanting Beauty with MAYSENSE SKIN REPAIR OIL

 


MAYSENSE, a leading name in the world of beauty and wellness, proudly introduced their latest innovation Skin Repair Oil: The Goddess of Rebirth today.  



The launch, MAYSENSE’s inaugural event in Malaysia, took place at the stylish PARKROYAL COLLECTION in the heart of Kuala Lumpur, attended by MAYSENSE team members and business partners, notable wellness influencers and invited guests.



Visitors were greeted by a showcase of MAYSENSE products, beautifully curated at each designated Skin Repair Oil at a specially organised product showcase. 





There were seven stations dedicated to each of the products, with a final station for visitors to experience the products for themselves. 



Visitors were also given product samples to try at home in their goody bags. They could view all MAYSENSE products and the newly launched. 




They commemorated the moment by taking pictures at a special photo booth and joining an Instagram contest, an exciting line-up of programmes complete with a lovely lunch to serenade the crowd.



The event began with a speech by Mr Hank Yan, the Chief Operating Officer of MAYSENSE. He said: “Our journey, deeply rooted in science and inspired by nature, has always been about harnessing the purest ingredients to create products that not only enhance beauty but also promote holistic well-being.

This was followed by a dance performance and catwalk parade showcasing the new Skin Repair Oil product. The event also featured a recognition presentation ceremony honouring MAYSENSE's top achievers. These individuals, through their relentless efforts, not only achieved remarkable sales figures but also played a pivotal role in promoting the brand's ethos and products to a wider audience.



The event also featured a coffee talk with the Design Executive Officer of MAYSENSE Mr. Bobo Chen sharing on the company, its products as well as MAYSENSE’s direction in the next coming year.

mySihatPal | AstraZeneca Advances Equitable Healthcare and Digitalisation with New Health Portal


AstraZeneca, a science-led global biopharmaceutical company, together with several renowned societies had unveiled a new digital health portal named ‘mySihatPal’ for the public’s access to a wide range of health services through their digital devices. 


 

The societies in the alliance are Asthma Malaysia (AM), Bayi Pramatang Malaysia (BPM), Breast Cancer Welfare Association Malaysia (BCWA), Malaysian Congenital Heart Foundation (YJKM), Malaysian Endocrine & Metabolic Society (MEMS), Malaysian Family Medicine Specialists’ Association (FMSA), Persatuan SLE Malaysia (PSLEM), The Malaysian Society of Gastroenterology & Hepatology (MSGH) and the Malaysian Medical Association (MMA).




A first-of-its-kind, the mySihatPal is an innovative, yet comprehensive health portal providing the public with direct access to a broad gamut of services - from disease information, wellness content, connection to allied healthproviders, private hospitals, primary care clinics, government clinics to virtual consultation with healthcare professionals and pharmacists for expert insights - ensuring that everyone has a fair opportunity to attain their highest level of health. 




With a growing demand for advancement in healthcare, there is a need to bridge the gap between patients and healthcare professionals through digitalisation. One of the biggest barriers to healthcare accessibility has been patient proximity to physical locations, making it necessary to create a one-stop portal to connect people to a healthcare professional for relevant advice.

Curry Chicken

Chicken curry is beloved by all Malaysians. Start your own curry chicken tradition with Ayam Brand™ Chicken Curry Paste that is a masterful combination of shallot, chillies, garlic, coriander seeds, cumin, fennel seeds, turmeric, galangal, lemongrass and other aromatic spices and herbs. 

 

In a large pan over medium heat, add a pack of Ayam Brand™ Chicken Curry Paste and 600 grams of chicken. Stir fry for 2 to 3 minutes. Add two peeled and diced potatoes and 120ml of water. Stir well, cover and bring to boil. Reduce the heat and simmer for 30 minutes, stir occasionally or until chicken and potatoes are cooked. Prawn Sambal Tumis

Stir-fried Sambal or popularly known as Sambal Tumis in many unique variations is a mainstay of all Malaysian households. Add this easily adaptable dish to your repertoire with Ayam Brand Sambal Tumis Paste that is rich with onions, chillies, shrimp paste, candlenut, dried shrimp, and curry leaves. 

 

Heat two tablespoons of oil in a wok over medium-high heat. Add one finely sliced onion and stir fry for 2 minutes. Add a pack of Ayam Brand™ Sambal Tumis Paste, stir and bring to boil. Add 500 grams of prawns and stir until the prawns are cooked. Serve with steamed rice.
