Foot
health is important to keep stay active, mobility and maintain balancing. It's very easy to
overlook foot care especially for the elderly.
Maintaining good habits and routines in relation to foot care will help
to keep our parents’ feet in great shape, meaning their quality of life is
upheld and even improved as in we use our feet to walk everyday. Whole body
weight is supported by our backbone and our feet.
Orthotics is prescription
medical devices that you wear inside your shoes to correct biomechanical foot
issues such as problems with how you walk, stand, or run. This will help with
foot pain caused by medical conditions such as diabetes, plantar fasciitis,
bursitis, and arthritis. Orthotics might even help to avoid surgery to fix flat
feet.

It is a fact that our feet are very important to our health as we need them to walk, run and stand. Hence it is vital that we pay extra attention to our feet.
