TODAY, Malaysians will be the witnesses watching the Launching Ceremony of MYDIN's 60th Anniversary, #MYDIN60Tahun which will be held with full of joy, proud and bless. The fun fact is MYDIN celebrates 60th anniversary! And, Malaysia celebrates 60th National Day too!

MYDIN organizes 60th anniversary with fully support from the sponsors partners to celebrate the triumph of MYDIN in retail and wholesale world which has been established for more than half a century. This launching ceremony also cherished by the presence of the highest management of sponsors partners, suppliers, media, bloggers and Board of Directors of MYDIN.

The chronological story of MYDIN's business journey after post-World War II started with a wooden shop opened in Kota Bharu, Kelantan in 1957. After two decades, MYDIN's second shop was opened in Kuala Terengganu in 1979, and in 1987, MYDIN's third shop was opened in Jalan Masjid India. Year 2006 marked a tremendous year for MYDIN as it continued to grow the empire after the opening of the first hypermarket at USJ, Subang Jaya, Selangor. Standing strong, MYDIN now has 322 branches with 10 different business formats.

On the launching ceremony of MYDIN 60 Tahun, all 81 sponsors will be announced formally and mementos for them will be given by Datuk Wira (Dr.) Haji Ameer Ali Mydin, Managing Director of MYDIN. MYDIN also had collaborated with Ice Watch to endorse a special edition "Change You Can" watch as a token of appreciation for all sponsor partners in this meaningful launching ceremony.

The benefit of running which that can reduce your risk of developing a host of diseases. Among these is heart disease since your cardiovascular system since gets a great workout with this exercise. Running able to help to keep high blood pressure at bay.

Besides that, running can prevent disease too. Running can actually help to lower our risk of breast cancer for women. Many doctors today recommend running for people who are in the early stages of diabetes, high blood pressure, and osteoporosis, and it is proven to help reduce the risk of having a heart attack.

That is one of the main reason that mouse mommy loves to join family fun run event. Bring along whole family no matter young kids or adults to run and sweat out together!

Through out the family fun run, we are having a great bonding moments together and promote encouragement spirit among the family members as in mouse mommy tends to left behind. Many parents nowadays very supportive in healthy lifestyle too, bring over young kids and even baby with strollers to participate in the family fun run too! A great start and encouragement towards physical and mental health for the parents and kids!

MR was the one have full charge of energy and never complaints tired. Ops! MR’s does lack of battery in the mid of the running track.

Mouse mommy and family join AK Balloon Run 4.0 and it kick starts at Avenue K main entrance, Kuala Lumpur in the early morning! AK Balloon Run allows us to have a family fun run within the Kuala Lumpur center.

A lovely family fun run and an educational experience with MR too as in mouse mommy and mouse papa show MR Kuala Lumpur city tour while running ... hmm... Suria KLCC, MaTiC, Tourism Malaysia , Embassy of Japan in Malaysia , Lembaga Tabung Haji , Prince Court Medical Centre and many many building structure in different kind of shapes and designs.

Besides that, MR also spotted Benderaku - Bendera Malaysia. Of course, mouse mommy takes this opportunity to teaches MR to recognise The flag of Malaysia, also known as the (Malay: Jalur Gemilang (Stripes of Glory), is composed of a field of 14 alternating red and white stripes along the fly and a blue canton bearing a crescent and a 14-point star known as the Bintang Persekutuan (Federal Star).

An educational, healthy and lovely bonding moments with family together...... AK Balloon Run 4.0 having running events annually and this is the 4th year already!

After the run, each of the runners entitled to get a medal and sponsored Marigold orange juice and Yogood cereal bar as morning breakfast.

Besides that, AK Balloon Run 4.0 also having an interesting lucky draw giveaway session! Mouse papa was really lucky and got the lucky dip prize of a eton rukus portable bluetooth sound system and Avenue K cash voucher of RM100. Wow! We are so excited!
