To demonstrate how air purifiers can make a positive impact on air quality in homes and other indoor environments, the brand-new SHARP Air Purifier Research & Development Centre at KidZania will feature a smoke filtration test and an odour test that kids can operate – these will showcase SHARP’s proprietary Plasmacluster Ion technology to keep the air clean.

Air pollution was getting worse nowadays. Many micro particles that cannot been seen via naked eyes was inhale to our lungs via respiratory system. SHARP air purifier with plasmacluster ion technology was plays important role to filter and clean up the air, particularly to filter out those harmful particles, bacteria and germs that will cause health problems and pathology especially in childcare centres, theme parks, elderly care centers and medical centres. 

Plasmacluster Ion (PCI) Technology is a proprietary SHARP technology that able to cleans the air by emitting positive hydrogen ions and negative oxygen ions like those found in the natural world, thus eliminating airborne fungi, bacteria and other harmful substances.

Junior researcher MR was paying full attention in learning.

Mouse mommy was happy that MR able to learn up the function of SHARP air purifier system and plasmacluster ion technology in order to keep the air in healthy clean level. Other than that, MR also enjoying in learn up how to install and uninstall the filter system, when and how to clean up the filter system, buttons function and so on. Little MR was really paying attention and concentrate in the research lab. A fruitful session as a SHARP air purifier researcher that able to learn up in KidZania Kuala Lumpur. Great explore, experiment and experience session!

Learning in action !

Apart from the launch of the SHARP Air Purifier Research & Development Centre in KidZania Kuala Lumpur, SHARP also announces its participation in KidZania go! - a mobile school outreach programme. The activities in the programme include discussion on environmental topics such as air quality, Air Pollution Index (API) and haze protection so that students can have a better understanding of how these issues affect their health and what they can do about it. 

KidZania GO !

 KidZania Kuala Lumpur offers over 100 profession related role-playing activities spread across 60 various city establishments that encourage children to adopt positive behaviours that will help to groom them to handle the demands and challenges of everyday life. KidZania Kuala Lumpur is also an official co-curricular partner to the Malaysian Ministry of Education.
