Party Time! Mouse mommy and kids MR MH wish AEON Molly Fantasy a Happy 10th Anniversary Celebration!
This
October, AEON Fantasy (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd., a member of the AEON Group of
Companies in Malaysia, celebrates 10 years of family fun and safety as the
premier edutainment centre for families shopping at malls and shopping centres
around Malaysia. It feels so long ago when Aeon Fantasy Malaysia shared moments
of joy and happiness together with you at our play centres. Seeing parents and
kids happy made us happy too.
Speaking
on its 10th anniversary, Datin Yasmin Merican, the pioneering director of AEON
Fantasy since 2011 when it first opened its doors in Malaysia, said that the
company has been part of the lives of many who have shared in the joy and
merriment at the many play centres around the country where the focus continues
to be on the offer of safe, fun-filled experiences for the young and their
families.
Naritomo
Yamazaki, the Managing Director of AEON Fantasy explains that when the company
was first developed in Japan, the objective was to help children learn through
the joys of play, wonder and amazement in environments which both surprise and
entertain. And while the company has achieved numerous milestones over the
first eight of the past ten years, growing from the few stores at AEON malls to
almost 100 outlets throughout the country, the Covid 19 pandemic has of course
presented new challenges.
Together
with other businesses, Molly Fantasy (the brand name under which the company
operates here in Malaysia), has had to rethink its operational strategy in
response to to the effects of the pandemic and the changes to consumer behaviours.
“Although
faced with difficult times, we realise that now more than ever, we must keep
going and continue our role in bringing the smile to children when they spend
time at our family play centres and live our motto of amusement and service to
community through play. We take pride in providing entertainment to families
while helping children grow their minds and develop their physical skills
through the joys of play, wonder, amazement and surprise but unfortunately
today, the Covid-19 pandemic has put all that to a standstill.”
So much
change have been forced upon us. For almost 2 years now, everyone has had to
adjust their lifestyle, their daily activities, their business operations and
even their way of thinking. And Mollyfantasy too has had to rethink our
strategy to continue being the reason for joy and excitement to our beloved
customers.
Although
we are faced with difficult times, seeing the precious smile of a child when
spending their time with their family will always be of utmost value to our
company. In keeping with our motto of “dream, amusement, interactions and
service to community through play”, we realise that now more than ever, we must
keep going and continue our role in making you and your little ones happy.
Like
you, we realise the hard work that lies ahead, the demands of a new normal and
the need to adjust as well as adapt in these difficult times of not only public
health concerns but also economic turmoil. Since serving you at our play
centres is not an option at this point in time, we have decided to create new
opportunities for the family to experience excitement together in the form of
play subscriptions, experience-based playgrounds, educational events and new
play methods via our online domain, all through the magic of technology.

Mihrab bin Zain Azman, the Project Manager of Aeon Fantasy Malaysia 10th
Anniversary and as the Marketing Manager of the company emphasized that “we
want to lead the way for our customers to believe that despite the distance,
the restrictions and the uncertainties, we can still share meaningful moments
with each other. And to achieve that, we are excited to announce that plans

the first family edutainment business in this country is an honour we hold dear
