Mouse mommy and family love the Guardian Nature’s Heart macadamia nuts and mix nuts so much, it is crunchy, nutritious and yummy!

It is always a great choice to be healthy snack, morning breakfast and as well as a grab and go snack whenever mouse mommy in rush or busy with work.

So exciting that mouse mommy has discovered how to make a Nature's Heart Edible Terrarium! Mouse mommy was learns through the Guardian Malaysia Media Wellness Retreat Trip with Joanna Soh. I would love to share this simple yet nutritious recipe with you!

First, prepare all the necessary ingredients from Nature’s Heart such as Oat and Raisin biscuits, Chia Seeds, Macadamia nuts, Roasted Almond, Roasted Mixed Nuts, Roasted Cashew Nuts, Dried Apricots, Dried Cranberries; Yogurt, Cocoa Powder, Honey and some edible flowers.

Crush the Nature Heart’s Oat and Raisin biscuits into sand-like textures and put in a glass cup as base.

After that, add in the mixture of Nature’s Heart Chia Seeds, yogurt, cocoa powder and honey as soil layer. Such a fertile, nutritious and delicious soil layer!

Third layer will be the nuts rocks layer. Put Nature’s Heart roasted macadamia nuts, roasted almonds, roasted cashew nuts and roasted mixed nuts into a plastic bag and crush and break it into small pieces of nuts.

The last layer is the most fun part! Mouse mommy and media friends were decorating our own Edible Terrarium with Nature’s Heart dried apricots, dried cranberries and edible flowers. Done!

Such a unique and beautiful Nature’s Heart Edible Terrarium! This Edible Terrarium is a good source of protein, magnesium, calcium, iron and high in dietary fibre. It is also contains plant-based-omega-3, natural, no additive and suitable for all. We Love it!
