ReplyDeleteHmm... not exact feeling as massage, not hard feeling. It is soft and support my head, neck and shoulder region. Both my neck and shoulder do not tense up and able to relax my upper body muscle. It works for me to relax my muscle, comfortable and anatomical supportive.
