The King of Fruit - Durians Ramadhan Buffet With 'Citarasa Timur Tengah' At Carousel International Coffeehouse!

There are many Ramadhan buffets available and mouse mommy wants to have a gathering with family and friends in this holy festive season. Hmmm… thinking of have something special. Just come across that there are Durian feast buffet and camel meat till 18 June 2017 only at Carousel International Coffeehouse at Palace of The Golden Horses, Seri Kembangan.

Once we reached, we are welcomed by the staff to the seats. After that, mouse mommy starts exploring the food and beverages that available at the buffet area. Mouse mommy was spotted The King of Fruits - Durians at the first sight. The fresh sugar cane juice was just beside the durians. The sugar cane was directly blend and served in fresh with ice. So refreshing!

After that, saw the roasted camel meat and pit-roasted whole lamb meat available at the roasted corner with multiple condiments served such as mint jelly, rosemary sauce and black pepper sauce, mustard and so on.

Other than that, mouse mommy had discovered many stalls available such as "Stall Satay Riang dan Kuala Nelayan". Grilled marinated chicken and beef skewers with rice cube, onion, cucumber and hot peanut sauce available. Varieties of "ikan bakar" can be found here too such as 'Tenggiri', Stingray, 'Kembung', Prawn, 'Sotong', 'Kerang' and 'Kupang'.

Let's go the "Stall Masjid India", tandoori chicken, lamb varural, chicken paratel with pita and lebanese breads were served with condiments.

Briyani is a must try section. There are three type of Briyani available - 'Briyani Ayam', 'Briyani Kambing' and 'Briyani Daging'. Mouse mommy likes the well-cooked of 'Briyani Kambing'.

One of the Chef was catching mouse mommy eye's as in he is live show of pan-fried 'Or-Chien' Oyster Omelette with chili. Freshly cooked oyster omelette served. Yumm... There are stir-fried homemade radish cake with beansprouts and assortment of Penang 'Lobak' with dips served too.

Oh No, there are still got many stalls available to feast such as 'Stall Workshop with sup Gear Box', 'Stall Sawah Lebar', 'Stall Utara-Selatan', 'Stall Dusun Pak Joe', 'Stall Air Batu Sagat', 'Stall Manis Manisan' and so on... Many local tropical fruits such as rambutan, mangosteen, watermelon and papaya can found here!

Many different types of red dates and desserts also nicely display here to welcome us to feast it! Mouse mommy loves to eat red dates as in it is nutritious, delicious and sweet stuff! Haha! Get excuses to consume more sweet desserts...

Sous-Chef Saifullizan also share with us that the Pastry Chef had make 'Kek Pandan Balik Kampung' for us to bring home a nice Raya cake to celebrate this festive season with family and friends at home sweet home. So thoughtful of the Pastry Chef! 'Kek Pandan Balik Kampung' need to call for booking in advance two days before collection.
